The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking a Director, Communications & Engagement to set strategic direction and oversee integrated communications, media and engagement strategies supporting government priorities, legislation, programs and reforms. You will provide trusted advice to senior executives on reputational risk, issues management and crisis communications, and represent the organisation in high‑level stakeholder and government forums. You will lead a dispersed communications and engagement team, overseeing media, digital platforms, corporate publications, stakeholder and community engagement, and key organisational products including the external website, Annual Report and social media channels.
