The Senior Manager, Investment Management Solutions is responsible for streamlining investment information into customized data views by performing end-to-end system analysis, design, programming, support, documentation, and implementation of in-house and third-party investment solutions used by our investment teams. The incumbent will play a key role in driving modernization initiatives, incorporating advanced tools and platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Looker/BI tools, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (Gen AI), and Python to future-proof the organization’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Working as a partner with Scotiabank technology teams, as well as the fixed income and broader 1832 Asset Management team, the incumbent will adhere to established technology and investment management standards, policies, and procedures while collaborating with internal partners to ensure the successful execution of mandates.
