The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will join the global S&T team in North America, initially supporting a critical Distribution Network Transformation. Your Impact: Stakeholder management incl. creation of senior management presentations and communication across different hierarchical levels. Program management support including KPI definitions, tracking of progress, and professionally leading escalations if necessary Manage program timelines, dependencies, and communications to ensure efficient execution. Take ownership of and create key program deliverables such as the creation of a project plan or financial business case Analysis and initiation of strategic and/or transformative programs.
