We are looking for Central Patient Engagement Specialists to play an important role at AndHealth. What you’ll do in the role: - Performs duties as including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for accuracy. - Assists and supports inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. - Greet and assist customers at the pharmacy counter and over the phone. - Handle prescription pickups and payments while following HIPAA and cash handling policies. - Balance retail pharmacy production and specialty patient needs...
