Essential Job Functions: Prepare discovery, including subpoenas: Coordinate document productions Corresponding with clients Assist in conducting pre-claim investigation and on-line research Prepare privilege logs Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Aid attorneys in responding to discovery and gathering relevant information from a variety of sources Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties Prepare exhibits to motions and for depositions Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Competent to handle a variety of activities with attention to detail and quality, and meet short deadlines, with the ability to follow through and follow up on assigned tasks with limited supervision.
