Night Customer Service Associate

Overview Night Customer Service Associate in our sales group fills a key role within the Operations Department by managing geographic regions during the overnight hours. Work alongside our Fleet Manager Group and drivers to develop solutions that provide excellent service customer service, solve problems and provide solutions to the customer. Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Track freight for customers as requested. - Create customer reports and update throughout the shift. - Answer and respond to phone calls and questions from customers. - Resolve problems real-time and comomunicate any issues with day shift. - Plan trucks as needed throughout the shift. - Cultivate positive and productive relationships with customers and shippers. - Work with Fleet Managers and Drivers to ensure driver needs are met while providing excellent customer service. - Performs related work as required. - Overnight availability required.
