Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support full lifecycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate roles. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in support of our government contracting and commercial business. Location : Rockville, MD; Hybrid; in office 3 days and remote 2 days. What You’ll Do: - Manage full lifecycle recruiting for both technical (IT) and corporate infrastructure positions. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. - Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. - Support offer development and hiring processes in coordination with hiring managers and senior leadership team. - Negotiate compensation with the candidates keeping budgetary constraints in mind, and educate the candidate on other benefits co...
