Job Overview: The AVP, Strategic Sourcing (Lead Negotiator) will lead complex, high‑value negotiations and competitive sourcing events to drive measurable cost reduction, improved commercial terms, and risk‑aligned contracting outcomes across third‑party spend. This individual contributor role is built for a best‑in‑class negotiator who can independently run major deal cycles end‑to‑end (strategy, leverage creation, supplier positioning, negotiation execution, and close). This role is a key execution arm of LPL’s third‑party spend optimization engine and will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Third‑Party Risk (TPRM), and Business leaders to deliver disciplined savings and durable run‑rate impact.
