The Gig: The Fleet Learning Program Manager plays a critical role in strengthening capability across the Virgin Voyages fleet by translating learning and talent development strategy into effective shipboard execution. This role leads the development and deployment of operational, service, and role-based learning programs that support onboarding, capability development, and consistent service delivery across all ships. Partnering closely with operational leaders, shipboard learning teams, Quality Assurance, and Talent Development, the Fleet Learning Program Manager ensures learning programs are operationally relevant, consistently delivered, and continuously improved to drive crew performance and elevate the Sailor experience. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.
