JOB TITLE: College Director of Access and Accommodation Resources DEPARTMENT: Equity and Compliance SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$75,000/Level II FLSA: EXEMPT IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs SCHEDULE DETAILS: Full-time (may require work outside normal work hours)/12 month position/PSRS Position Summary: The College Director of Access and Accommodations Resources (AAR) provides strategic, college-wide leadership to ensure equitable access to programs, services, and learning environments for all students. This position is responsible for advancing a comprehensive and integrated approach to accessibility that aligns with institutional priorities related to student academic success, retention, and completion. The College Director leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, processes, and services that support students with disabilities across all campuses and centers. This role works collaboratively with academic affairs, student affairs, faculty, and college leadership to embed accessibility into the student experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
