In this position… As a Go To Market Lead (GTM) for Ford Lincoln Protect Portal and Extended Service Plans System (ESPS) with a focus on North American contract sales and registrations processes, you will support the product team by translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks. Your primary focus is to ensure the development team has a clear, well-documented backlog and to assist in the day-to-day management of the product lifecycle. This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone with strong organizational skills who is eager to master Agile methodologies and product strategy. This position is a key member of the Ford Lincoln Protect team and leads system improvement initiatives that attract and retain dealers to the Ford Lincoln Protect brand. What You’ll Do…: 1. Backlog Support & Execution User Story Writing: Draft clear and concise user stories that include detailed acceptance criteria. Backlog Refinement: Assist in the continuous grooming of the product backlog, ensuring tasks are estimated, prioritized, and "ready" for development. Daily Coordination: Attend daily stand-ups to clarify requirements for the developers and help remove immediate blockers....
