Premium Velocity Auto PVA/Jiffy Lube is seeking reliable, customer‑focused individuals with a teamwork mindset. Ideal candidates communicate well, work efficiently in fast‑paced environments, and are eager to learn. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required. Job Summary: Service Technicians ensure customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Technicians are fully cross‑trained to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and customer service duties. Job Description: - Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings. - Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (lights, wipers, brakes, tires). - Conduct multi‑point inspections and maintain inspection records. - Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields upon entry. - Support additional automotive services (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, etc.). - Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards. - Participate in training (on‑site & e‑learning). - Assist with marketing events, inventory, and basic facility up...
