Responsibilities: As an Associate or Senior Associate, title and compensation commiserate with experience, of Industrial and Logistics at Hines, you will be charged with the planning, underwriting, due diligence, financing, construction and leasing of light industrial and logistics projects principally located in the Sunbelt region of the United States. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Actively support the Managing Director to engage with the broker community and respond to RFPs and draft leasing proposals that achieve the target financial metrics set forth for assets under development and completed projects that are in operation.
