Job description

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the production and company facilities. Part Time Day Position Wednesday and other days flexible. Position can be 8, 10 or 12 hour days Pay range $37 - $46 per hour DOQ Duties and Responsibilities: · Effectively complete preventative and predictive maintenance per weekly schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment. · Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments. · Proficient in the operation of all plant equipment to better troubleshoot and maintain as required. · Communicate with team leaders and production associates regarding critical findings during routine inspections. · Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) to record all maintenance activities daily. · Proficient in welding and metal fabrication to include proper use of machine shop equipment. · Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics circuits and systems. · Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems such as gearboxes, bearing, seals, clutch & brakes, etc. ·...
