The Manufacturing Manager is a leadership role responsible for instilling and maintaining high standards of accountability for safety, SOPs, cGMPs, lean initiatives, and housekeeping (including being “audit ready at all times”). The position, along with their team, owns the operations within their production lines and is critical to the success of SCN BestCo’s “World Class” production output and high standard of quality.
