Hours: Sunday-Thursday 3PM to 11PM Pay Rate: $21.50 plus 10% shift differential! Job Summary: As a Shipping Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling the shipping operations within our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are correctly packaged, labeled, and loaded for shipment according to company standards and industry regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to operate shipping equipment will contribute directly to our overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - **Shipping Operations:** Execute shipping activities including receiving, picking, packing, and loading/unloading of shipments to meet all quality standards. - **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards, including accurate labeling, documentation, and packaging. - **Equipment Operation:** Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other shipping equipment safely and efficiently. - **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and locations.
