The Human Resources Manager provides consultation and support to managers and employees relating to employee matters, working closely with both to foster strong work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Essential Job Functions: - Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees regarding employee matters, working closely with both to foster strong work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Act as a liaison between management and employees to quickly resolve employee relations issues preventing escalation and potential risk and liability - Conduct thorough and objective investigations when appropriate.
