Description Verland is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing Exceptional Care to the individuals that call Verland their Home. Shifts available: Full Time- 36 hours Week 1 * 6 am - 6:30 pm : Monday / Tuesday / Saturday Week 2 * 6 am - 6:30 pm : Sunday / Monday / Friday The Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of individuals under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON). This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Registered Nurse Contributions: - Administer and document the prescribed medications and treatments. - Assess the physical status of individuals daily and report any unusual behavior or condition to the Charge Nurse. - Provide emergency care (first aid) for individuals as needed. - Perform laboratory procedures as ordered. - Review ordered individual medications and treatments monthly. - Document care given to individuals on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis. - Develop and implement health care plans for assigned individuals as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and attend any staffing and ITR reviews as a contributing member of the IDT. - Participate in and atten...
