We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This individual must have a strong ability to manage daily accounting functions, maintain financial accuracy, and support client operations with precision and efficiency. The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in executing accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring seamless financial operations for multiple clients. This role is integral to the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team, working closely with internal teams to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and enhance financial reporting. Additionally, this individual will leverage cloud-based accounting tools such as Sage Intacct, FloQast, QuickBooks Online, and Xero to automate workflows, optimize efficiencies, and enhance financial close processes. The ability to work with reconciliation automation, workflow approvals, and real-time financial reporting tools will be key to ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
