Our Opportunity: The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for assisting in the growth, revenue, and profitability of commercial sales in the the Northwest Territory (Washington, Nevada, Northern California, and Northern Nevada). Critical to the success of the position includes: - Revenue growth of commercial products to applicators, specialty applicators, and distributors - Raise market awareness of Maxxon products with commercial floor covering contractors - Expense management - Existing customer management and new customer development Essential Functions: - Generation of revenue and profitability throughout the Region. - In coordination with the West Sales Manager, recommend pricing strategies and discounts with customer-specific accounts. - In co...
