Technical Lead - THE FINALS

Job description

As the Engagement Technical Lead for THE FINALS, you will lead the technical execution of engagement features that keep players immersed in, connected to, and returning to the game. This role bridges people leadership with game design, live-ops, backend systems, and engineering. You will mentor and guide engineers, collaborate closely with design and product, and make architectural decisions regarding the engagement systems. In your day to day you work as an amplifier for cross team communication & collaboration. Example of responsibilities Leadership & Collaboration Technical Leadership of a cross-functional engagement engineering team Act as the main technical point of contact for engagement initiatives across disciplines. Managerial responsibilities (not limited to) hiring & onboarding of new employees and long-term career development. Serve the know-how & share best practices: coaching people to make the right decisions across dependencies and to raise concerns and needs.
