Who we are looking for A candidate who is required to solve problems and provide assistance and guidance to the Tax Associates. Achieving quality of service is a team effort and the Senior Tax Specialist needs to function at all times as a team player and ensure that other members of the team do so. We are looking for suitable candidates in Gdansk. What you will be responsible for As part of the Custody Tax Services team, you will be responsible for activities in the areas of Tax Reclaims, Relief at Source, and Tax Payments, and for effectively resolving issues to minimize risk and exposure. As an Associate 2 on the team you will: Review tax reclaims forms, and complete the reviewers’ checklist Perform tasks related to relief at source and tax payments. Assist and provide direction to staff in resolving discrepancies, Assist Team Supervisor of the team and ensure that departmental procedures and controls are adhered to, Assist Team Supervisor in implementing new procedures and controls, Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team Supervisor Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries, resolve errors/ rejections, Ensure that daily workload is allo...
