Job description

The Manager, Data Engineering leads the development and operation of scalable data platforms that support enterprise analytics including reporting, and machine learning initiatives. The manager leads a team of data engineers in building and maintaining reliable data pipelines in a modern cloud data environment to deliver high-quality, trusted data across the organization. The manager partners with analytics, data governance, and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions are in alignment with enterprise data strategy. Platform Leadership: - Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise data platform architecture supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. - Establish and enforce data engineering standards, best practices, and development frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable data solutions. - Oversee the cloud data environment built on Snowflake and Microsoft Azure and drive continuous improvement.
