Job Requirements: As a Primary Therapist, you will… - Education - Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or another related human services field is required - Experience – prior experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse settings is preferred - Licensure – Massachusetts licensure as a LADC-I, LADC-II, LCSW LMHC or LICSW, is preferred but not required - Gather biopsychosocial data, including that related to clients' mental and physical health, addiction, or problem behavior and assess their readiness for treatment - Work collaboratively with clients to identify treatment goals and develop treatment plans - Review and recommend treatment options with...
