Job description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: - Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Handle customer concerns or complaints in a positive and respectful way, escalating to management when necessary. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. - Deliver food and beverages to customers quickly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation. 2. Food and Beverage Preparation: - Prepare food and drinks according to Sonic’s menu standards and customer preferences. - Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards. - Operate kitchen equipment, such as fryers, grills, and blenders, safely and efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and service areas. - Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food. 3.
