A Snapshot of Your Day As PMO you will play an important role in our ambition to further strengthen the Project Management function and prepare us for future growth and challenges. The primary role of the PMO is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices to ensure that our project portfolio is executed efficiently and with high employee and customer satisfaction. You will on daily basis collaborate with the PM Management team, Process owner teams, individual PMs and other important stakeholders on different topics related to improving the governance, development, and support of the PM function. How Youll Make an Impact Establish a solid project governance structure. Provide management reports and KPI tracking such as contract execution, workstream efficiency, cost out initiatives. Continuously improving our PM processes, tools, and workflows to enhance the execution of our commitments. Lead and participate in developing projects. Ensure PM competence, training and certification programs/processes are in place and maintained to track and improve our teams bench strength.
