Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert of issues related to all aspects of production work orders. - Prepare work order packets for various departments. This may include the following: printing labels, forms, instructions etc. - Assist in closing work orders. This may include ensure team members completed all required tasks appropriately prior to moving the work order to the next phase. - Track work orders throughout the processes and ensure timely closer. - Report to various production teams the status of work orders in their departments and the reason for any misses. - Track and manage KPIs related to work order status and accuracy. - Adhere to cGMP and cGDP guidelines, - Recommend updates to SOP's to help with continuous improvement within the company. - Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the various stages of a work order. - Provide guidance to other team members to ensure compliance and consistency to processes and procedures. - Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
