Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $38.88/Hr. - CAD $55.89/Hr. Summary: Working in close partnership with the Manager of Quality, Standards, and Innovation, the Assistant Manager leads the identification, analysis, and implementation of both short‑term and long‑term quality improvement initiatives for environmental services across all Providence Health Care (PHC) sites. The Assistant Manager builds and maintains strong customer and operational service relationships to ensure consistent, high‑quality performance aligned with established environmental service standards. They ensure that all environmental services procedures, protocols, and quality measures are implemented in accordance with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager also communicates effectively with staff and key partners to support the adoption of environmental services standards and practices, fostering alignment on resources, responsibilities, and service expectations across the organization.
