Director, Small Business Bank Credit Operations As a Director | Small Business Bank Operations Management at Capital One, you will set the operational and well-managed strategy and lead a team of operations & risk leaders and project managers to ensure best in class experiences for small business owners while ensuring operational efficiency and legal and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Lead moderate sized operations teams, some of which may include Loan Closing, Portfolio Servicing, Construction Monitoring and Renewals Lead a small team of high performing process and project associates responsible for project work across Credit Operations as well as administration of the Loan Origination System (Sageworks) and reporting Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations, customer experience and regulatory environment Analyze data to proactively identify risks and trends and provide insights that support well managed efficient operation Support internal business resource planning: Provide guidance and advice to business partners on implementing operational changes to meet new intent Drive collaboration between the sales, risk, underwriting, special assets, com...
