The Role We are looking for a senior infrastructure engineer who naturally leads from the front. This is a hands-on technical role first, with team leadership responsibilities second. You will be the escalation point for complex issues, guide technical standards, and help the infrastructure team operate with consistency and accountability. This role suits someone who enjoys solving real problems, improving environments, and mentoring engineers, not someone looking to move away from the tools. You will act as the senior technical lead across our infrastructure environments while supporting day-to-day team coordination.
