About The Emergency Department: - The Emergency Department at Montrose Regional Health is a Level III Trauma Center staffed 24 hours per day by Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and RNs who are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and in Trauma Care.
