Shelter Monitor is also responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and the security and sanitation of the program. The Shelter Monitor will help to oversee and to take reasonable action necessary to carry out responsibilities assigned as long as such action does not deviate from established organizational policies and is consistent with program guidelines and sound professional judgment. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for providing a safe, structured environment that meets the needs of the client while maintaining professional and acceptable boundaries at all times. - Maintain positive relationships with clients, and management staff. - Maintain a comprehensive and accurate written record of events that occur during shifts, as well as thorough incident reports. - Document all serious incidents completely, accurately, and in a timely manner. - Consult with direct superv...
