Job Description: This role supports North America entity governance and records and sits within LDC’s Legal Department, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer for North America. This position prepares and maintains corporate minute books, drafts corporate resolutions, prepares and files required corporate documents in the US and Canada, manages “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and beneficial ownership reporting, and partners with Finance, Tax, Credit, and Compliance to keep filings timely and accurate.
