Join OAKBERRY CA as a Store Lead, where you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, team development, and an exceptional customer experience. As the most senior in-store role, you’ll support day-to-day operations while guiding and empowering a team of Team Members. This position reports directly to the District Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Member Duties (Shared): - Prepare and serve açaí bowls and smoothies in accordance with OAKBERRY CA’s quality and presentation standards. - Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, friendly environment. - Educate customers on our menu items and the health benefits of our offerings. - Handle point-of-sale transactions and operate the card register accurately. - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking vendor orders. - Ensure store systems (lighting, music, electronics) are aligned with brand standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following food safety and hygiene standards. - Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. - Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces throughout the shift. - Stay up to date on ingredients to...
