Winter 2026 Job Summary: As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead and motivate our F&B team to ensure all venues run smoothly while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Leading by example, you’ll support daily operations, coordinate front and back of house teams, maintain service and safety standards, and assist with staff supervision. Working across a variety of winter outlets—from a pub-style venue and cocktail bar to fine dining restaurants and café counter service—no two days are the same. Essential Functions: NOTE: All Charlotte Pass Snow Resort employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends. - Monitors and ensures compliance with all Guidelines to Operations. - Ensures all employees are in proper uniform and are properly groomed (grooming standards in employee handbook). - Ensures employees are working in a safe environment. - Assists in the response and resolution of all guest issues received directly from guests or from Guest Relations. - Manages employee hours to budget. - Works with the leadership team of the property to identi...
