About the role: As a Supervisor of Operations you will lead and manage the Onsite Services (OSS) product area, overseeing service delivery, project management, revenue and forecasting, and operational excellence. Drive sales and business development for OSS services, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. Manage and develop a team of process safety engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation in safety solutions.. You will report to the Senior Manager of Chemical Process Engineering and be located at Burr Ridge, IL. The position is hybrid; you will be onsite 2 days per week.
