Job Summary The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for assigned duties related to the physician contracting process, including coordinating information needed from health system departments and hospital administration to process contracts and contract changes, finalizing applicable contract exhibits ensuring compliance checklist steps are completed, and assisting with fair market value assessments. Essential Functions: - Assist with weekly /monthly /quarterly perioperative data reporting, validation, and distribution. - Support Perioperative Executive Council (PEC) and subcommittee data needs. - Perioperative services dashboard maintenance to track identified perioperative operational, finance and quality metrics. - Support the surgery business office in a variety of ad hoc data reporting. - Ensure integrity and accuracy of perioperative data daily. - Management of Epic’s surgical block scheduling system. - Work in conjunction with corporate IT and other Beaumont facilities to evaluate, design, and enhance reporting methodology. - Support the surgery business office reporting and analyzing financial/revenue data to include proforma development, profit/loss analysis, contr...
