The Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees onboarding and processing for all new hires across Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas Region, Corporate, and Caesars Digital teams, partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience. This role serves as a key resource for large-scale hiring initiatives, employment compliance, and HCM processes. The position requires a high-energy, hands-on professional who is systems-savvy, highly organized, and able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills are essential to support both internal stakeholders and candidates.
