This is your chance to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI, Data Engineering, and business impact, collaborating directly with Data Analysts, Engineers, and C-levels across France, Spain, and Italy from our office in Barcelona. Your missions: 1. The AI Laboratory (Speech-to-Insights & RAG) AI Call Intelligence: Support Data Engineers to monitor and optimize our AI pipeline for call transcription. You’ll be responsible for model performance, running A/B tests, analyzing confusion matrices, and mastering meta-prompting to extract gold from thousands of daily conversations.
