In this role, you'll: Be working as part of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team within the Enterprise Transformation and Change branch, driving change enablement and delivery for the Transport organisation. You'll lead end-to-end change delivery for major technology, systems and digital programs and projects enterprise-wide, applying best practice methodologies to ensure successful adoption of initiatives. You'll partner with stakeholders and clients to shape change strategies, manage resources and deliver impactful communication and engagement plans.You will also contribute to building our Centre of Excellence and Change Resource Hub, provide coaching and mentorship to enhance capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.
