Description This position is accountable for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all production activities within the GasTech Assembly Department, ensuring optimal output and throughput. The role oversees every phase required to fabricate, assemble, pressure test, and prepare process equipment for shipment, guaranteeing full compliance with applicable codes, standards, engineering drawings, and client specifications. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional manufacturing leadership and technical excellence, empowering assembly personnel to perform at the highest level. This position drives the successful completion of products within established schedules and man-hour budgets, while upholding GasTech’s rigorous Quality Requirements.
