Job Title: SUNDANCE CONCIERGE Department: Lodging: Rate of Pay: $17.00/Hour: Shift: Shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Extended Hours for High Occupancy) Variable days Monday through Sunday: Part-time, Year-Round Position, Seasonal: MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly: SUMMARY: The Concierge serves as a trusted resource for lodging and day guests, offering personalized assistance with dining, activities, transportation, and event reservations. Stationed at the Concierge Desk, this role provides a warm and professional presence, ensuring each guest feels cared for from arrival to departure. By anticipating needs, sharing local knowledge, and curating seamless experiences, the Concierge helps every guest feel welcomed, valued, and inspired-creating lasting connections to Sundance and its surroundings.
