The Client Service Associate is responsible for the overall support to the Client Services Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client Services Support: - Aids Client Services Department, including various clerical functions, office duties, data entry or any other support activities as assigned. - Assist in facilitating all phases of service requirements for the client’s product, including but not limited to reviewing client specifications, creating work orders, preparing internal documents, creating customer samples and projecting milestones. - Verbal and written communication with customers to answer questions and confirm data details.
