Who You'll Work With This role sits on the North America Stores Development Programs (SDP) team and is part of the broader North America Business Operations (NA Biz Ops) team. The SDP team creates meaningful, equitable development experiences that support career growth, talent readiness, and deeper connection to the Brand and business purpose. Through a blend of experiential and developmental learning, the team designs and delivers programs that strengthen capability, accelerate talent, and build strong learning communities across North America retail. This role partners extensively across functions, collaborating with teams in Human Resources, North America and Global Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other enterprise partners to bring the full suite of development programs to life.
