Job Title: Part-time Tour Guide Department: Enrollment Management: Salary Range: $15.00 per hour: FLSA: Non-Exempt: Immediate Supervisor: College Director- Student Recruitment and Onboarding Schedule Details: Part-time (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week) Position Summary: Tour Guides help educate visitors about campus life, academic programs, college history, and achievements of the college by conducting campus tours and supporting recruitment and engagement efforts. Essential Job Duties: - Assist the Director of Student Recruitment in scheduling campus tours for prospective students, families, and other groups. - Conduct small and large campus tours while providing excellent customer service and answering questions. - Provide presentations about the college on all tours, including communicating information about all OTC programs and personal testimonies. - Develop an expanded knowledge of the college to include program information and resources. - Staff the front desk of Student Affairs, helping to guide students to different areas of campus as needed. - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. - Attend Recruitment events as needed. - Assist with managing LiveChat...
