Job Summary: Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business "LOB." Most often the assigned area covers operating units spread nationally. The Territory Manager within Sustainability Services provides a comprehensive range of innovative and cost-effective environmental solutions to their assigned clients/operating units. The Territory Manager is responsible for the management of their operating units' profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution; oversight and direct management of personnel, third-party sourcing, pricing and business development. The Territory Manager's primary objectives are to supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities within the respective sites, develop bids and quotes for new projects, implementation of identified projects, accurately analyze and report financials, collect customer payment and ensure customer satisfaction.
