THE ROLE. As a Product Developer (Menswear) , you are responsible for managing the execution of styles from concept to launch, bringing to market world-class, fit-for-purpose product built and engineered to Gymshark standards. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, technically robust product, using your expertise to support the creation of innovative and performance-driven menswear collections. Partnering closely with Design, Materials, Sourcing, and Technical teams, you will ensure products are developed in line with seasonal strategies, commercial targets, and brand expectations. You will operate with a high level of ownership across your categories, ensuring consistency in fit, construction, and quality while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
