Duration: 6-12 Months The Role: Pantheon is seeking a high-intensity, results-driven Senior Interim Manager to lead our 10-person Business Development team. While internal teams handle account strategy and pipeline generation tactics, your mission is to ensure the BDR engine runs at peak performance. You will be responsible for driving the team to reach 80% of targets through rigorous coaching, territory management, and proactive performance accountability. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the North American team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) supporting multiple segments and regions across the business. - Maintain scalable onboarding, enablement, and career development programs for the Business Development team. - Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. You will monitor daily and weekly KPIs, identifying underperformers early and executing performance management to maintain team standards. - Mentor and develop a team of 10 BDRs.
