About the role: We’re looking for a Director of FP&A to own planning, forecasting, and performance management while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The Director will translate executive priorities into measurable financial outcomes, delivering high-impact analysis and actionable insights that drive business performance. The position is responsible for building and enhancing financial models, reporting tools, and operating rhythms that support the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting processes, rolling reforecasts, and long-range planning. It plays a key role in synthesizing insights for executive forums, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving process improvements across the organization.
