Market Production Supervisor

Job description

A Market Production Supervisor (MPS) is an expert communicator who is responsible for all lab cross-training initiatives. They will conduct the Lab Certification Program and ensure all associates are current and progressing according to guidelines of the program. A successful MPS will: Friendly: make others feel comfortable with a kind and caring demeanor Eager: meet all lab certifications; passion for developing others Flexibility: Ability to work a schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, special events Multi-tasking: Balance job manufacturing while simultaneously solving customer needs. Experience: Two years of experience as a lab technician; one year experience in a supervisory position leading other Reliable: must have access to reliable transportation Agile: frequent standing or walking and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
